Charges are directly added to your Shopify invoice.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin. The system will automatically finalize your last invoice.
Once you’ve used up the 20 free NFTs in your monthly plan, you’ll be charged $0.25 for each additional NFT minted when a customer claims their reward. If the NFT reward is not claimed (so no NFT is minted), no charge will apply.
For an order to be eligible for an NFT reward, the following conditions must be met:
1. The product or variant in the order is enabled for NFT rewards.
2. The payment status of the order is “Paid.”
3. The order’s fraud risk assessment is not flagged as high.
4. Your account and subscription are active.
5. Your store has not exceeded the monthly spending limit you’ve set.

If a customer’s order includes a product that you’ve selected for NFT gifting, they will receive an email notification with a link to the claim page. The claim page provides simple, guided steps for the customer to connect their wallet and confirm the claim.
You can display NFT gifting details to customers by adding the app’s checkout UI extension to the thank you and order status pages. This ensures that customers are informed about their NFT gift during the checkout process.
Token-gating is on our product roadmap and will be available as part of the app once launched. There’s no need to install another app — this feature will be seamlessly added to your existing setup.
